Our Approach
Our approach begins with listening carefully—understanding medical needs, daily routines, social preferences, geographic priorities, and budget—so families can move forward with clarity and confidence.
1
We Listen & Learn
We begin with a conversation to understand needs, preferences, timing, and concerns.
2
Clarify Options
We explain appropriate levels of care and realistic choices in the local market.
4
Support the Decision
We help families compare options and move forward with confidence.
3
Match & Tour
We identify well-matched communities, arrange, and accompany families on tours.
5
Follow Up
We check in after placement to ensure satisfaction and support.
“I can’t thank you enough for your kindness and expertise at this difficult time. You have an amazing way of understanding a patient’s and the family’s needs. Your work with us is greatly appreciated.”

FAQs
Ask Eloise is a trusted resource for families navigating eldercare and senior living decisions in Sonoma County, Marin County, and surrounding North Bay communities.
Can’t I research assisted living on my own?
Absolutely. But many families discover how complex the options, costs, and licensing differences can be. Our role is to help families understand these differences clearly.
What’s the difference between assisted living and licensed care home (aka board and care)?
Both are licensed as Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly in California. The right choice depends on care needs, desired environment, and level of independence.
When is the right time to start planning?
Sooner than most families think. Early conversations reduce stress and allow for better choices later.
When is the right time to start planning?
We specialize in the North Bay but participate in NPRA, the National Placement and Referral Alliance. Through this network and ongoing relationships with other placement professionals throughout California, we support families coordinating out-of-area placements by serving as a knowledgeable resource.
